MPL Cricket is a free-to-play, browser-based 3D cricket game. The Game is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. No registration or account creation is required to play.

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Game or any part thereof.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, code, audio, team names, logos, and game mechanics, is the property of MPL Cricket or its licensors. The fictional team names used in the Game are parodies created for entertainment and are not affiliated with any real sports organizations.

5. User-Generated Content

When you share score cards or game results through the Game's share functionality, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display such shared content in connection with promoting the Game. You retain ownership of any content you create or share.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices and browsers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MPL Cricket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game. This includes but is not limited to loss of data stored in localStorage.
